1. Gave up with the online assistant ,kept dropping out after I had typed loads or got message to email
as all assistants busy (tried several times) even though it said I was next in the queue
2. Sent 5 emails the last one in the form of a complaint , 10 days gone by, never had any replies
3. They did answer the phone (main office but both times, but a bit abrupt
(first person to answer "yea what do you want" (me) can I speak to returns please
" Hold on put you through" ring ring ,second person " Yea" (me) Oh hello is that returns
"No" long silence then "what do what then " (me ) was wondering when I would get a refund for the part I returned to one of your shops gave the invoice number "no we haven't got it bud" (me) that's strange because the guy in the shop said it would be with you 3 days ago "oh yea we have got it"
4, On the plus side , the guy in the shop was really helpfull
