Due to illness Iwas unable to collect my parts.
I called my local outlet and advised they we still OK for collection.
After a 30 min drive I arrived to find they were not available and asked if I could purchase them from stock?
The parts were available but lady would not apply the discount as carried before online.
One item alone cost £8 more.
I refused to purchase the item and left.
I purchased the item from a main dealer which was a genuine part for no difference in price.
