I ordered a set of Bilstein shocks for my Skoda Superb via Click and Collect. They were supposedly in stock at Norwich branch. When I got there they didn't have the advertised units - what the chap brought out of the stock room were some TRW for the rear and some other brand I've never heard of for the front. After a call to HQ he found they did have the correct ones and could get them ordered. He did this and called me the next day.
10/10 for the service received in-store - was friendly and helpful. I had my little boy with me and he even offered to get him something out of the vending machine while we sorted it out.
0/10 for the web ordering and fulfilment process - I couldn't see the real part numbers on your site to check they were correct against the Bilstein applications list, and then the items I wanted weren't on the shelf, giving me a wasted trip.
The excellent service instore made up for the fulfilment issues, and I will shop here again, but you could make it a much better experience.
