I ordered a set of ignition coils via Click & Collect.
They took several days to arrive which effectively meant after Christmas.
When they arrived I recognised that they were incorrect. The GSF staff checked this on the GSF site and determined that the delivered parts (2-off) had both been incorrectly numbered on the carton.
He checked other depots and determined that of the 4 held in stock across the country, one other was also incorrectly labelled.
The correct parts were delivered and collected.
A good outcome thanks to Karl in Poole Depot, just took a bit longer than expected partly due to the holiday period.
