I ordered a car part on the internet via the 'click and collect' system. Unfortunately, the part was about 20% more expensive when I came to pay for it. But I did pay the extra as a friend was waiting for me and I didn't have time to argue.
Sad really. But I shall continue my 30year association with GSF.
