The click and collect service seems to work well. Their delivery service uses a company called XDP who leave cards with non working phone numbers.
I had to wait a week for them to eventually deliver the parcel to a next door neighbour. There seems to be no way to instruct them where to leave parcels when you are out.
I will not be using this delivery service again, but I would recommend their click and collect service from local branches.
