Parts are cheap but do not expect to get what you paid for - i.e. I paid for a Mann Frecious Plus cabin filter and was given a cheap Hengst one instead. Furthermore, the fuel filter I purchased was handed to me in the shop clearly damaged in an open box. I wasn’t sure initially, but the guy was serious. I had to thus make him look rather foolish in front of his colleagues and demanded a replacement. Dreadful customer service from Oxford Branch. Will NOT use GSF again unless rectified.
