I ordered a Yuasa battery for my 2000 year model Audi A8, LWB 4.2. Unfortunately the correct fit batter is an 019 and the one sent was a smaller battery. This should have been collected last Friday. I phoned last Saturday to advise no collection which is where we remain today. Thank you, David
