Poor service by the advisor on the trade counter, extremely unhelpful.
I went to the store as the location was convenient, if time allowed I would have not purchased anything and gone elsewhere.
After the experience I shall continue to use Euro car spares with their superior service for planned purchases.
A little bit of staff training on customer service would not go a miss.
