Went in to Trafford Park store, staff member was dealing with a customer with what seemed like a complicated warranty claim, this meant that I stood waiting for 12 minutes, [whilst 3 or 4 other staff members looked on through the large window], admittedly they were on and off the phone, After 12 minutes I had to ask the staff member who was already dealing with the first customer if he could call through one of the other staff members to serve me, as a customer I thought that should have been done with out me having to ask, not impressed...........
