Quality parts at good prices. But one of the items had been wrongly picked. The number on the box was different to the number on the invoice. I phoned the branch, pointed out it was their mistake and asked if they would deliver the correct item. I was told this was not possible because my address was not in they delivery area. My address is just 3 miles from the branch.
I had to make a special journey with the wrong part and collect the correct part.
Why then was I offered free delivery for the parts when I ordered on line?
Both members of staff dealing with this were unapologetic.
This is NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
