Hi, As a new customer I am very sorry to have to start with a complaint. The customer service I received today was awful, in part caused by your poorly planned 15% discount scheme, and poor communication to your employees and customers. In short, I ordered the part for in-store collection, and was not allowed the 15% in branch offer because I had ordered on line! This works out to be £1.50 ish, but what has rattled me is the principle of what happened. Being a new father, and having not had any sleep the previous night I may have refused the item and canceled the order, and then requested the part as a separate transaction. But foolishly accepted the sales persons "it's the invoiced price, I can't give you the discount!". Looking back on it, I am annoyed by your companies small mindedness. Especially as this was backed up by a company memo that the sales person showed me. What is the point of having a discount if you are not going to apply it. Very glad that I was not in the position of having to spend more money with your company today. Certainly not going to recommend your company on the VW T4 & T5 forum on Facebook, and will look to other suppliers for my dilapidated van in the future.
