I found the part I required online. I called the store to check stock etc and was told it probably wasn’t that part I needed, wrong advice.
I ordered the part from another dealer and it worked fine.
I then needed another part so checked the stock and price online. I arrived in store to find out that the price was more in store. I ordered the part for click and collect and had to wait around for 30 minutes for the order to come through so I could have the part at that price.
Availability of parts is good and the price is competitive. The staff were helpful but customer service protocols need looking at.
