Tried to click and collect from Banbury branch and believe item out of stock but messaging very unclear. Ordered for delivery which was very efficient.
Also reserved damper oil which I then didn't require as new dampers for my Morris minor came filled. Tried to cancel but no means of doing so. Got a call from store which could have been avoided.
