Excellent service at the Greenford branch, the sales people were very knowledgeable. As a customer I'm very unhappy with the pricing. The engine oil I purchased is £9.00 more expensive than B&Q
I expected the oil and anti freeze to be more expensive at B&Q not cheaper because B&Q is a DIY and building material store not motor parts. I would expect GSF to be cheaper on car parts not 70% more expensive than their rivals. I hope GSF can restructure their prices and be more competitive comparing to their compettitors.
