I like click & collect at most stores , but on this occcasion at gsf it was a disaster. I received confirmation of my order but on arrival at the depot was told that they couldn't find the item and, in fact, it was out of stock. The manager had shown initiative and already ordered it from 2 other depots but was uncertain whether it would arrive that day. Later that afternoon I phoned to check and was told that yes it was now waiting for me. Rushed round to be told by the manager that they had not been able to get the part and that the person taking my call must have been confused by the stock system which was still incorrect! Eventually got what I ordered a few days later on 3rd visit... Hopefully this is a one-off, but it was my worst experience of click and collect at any company.
