I ordered a battery for my wife's car which she uses once a week to do our lockdown shopping as the original one was not holding its charge.
After 6 days passed I contacted GSF and was told that the receiver wanted it returned. Turns out that UPS had decided it was not going any further than Birmingham on its route to Scotland and sent it back.
I was then asked if I wanted a refund as they would just turn around a replacement as they may have staffing problems at this time .
Very dissapointed with GSF as I have been a customer since my VW Beetle days a very long time ago.
Amazon have come to the rescue this time but I have always had great delivery times and service along with quality parts from GSF.
