I ordered a battery and was kept informed of how the order was progressing; it turned up quickly. The only potential problem was that although the box was marked 'This Way Up' (and was delivered that way up) the battery was packed upside down inside it! Fortunately an AGM battery, and it seems to work fine despite this.
