The parts I ordered were good quality and were delivered in good time. The GSF website is genuinely an awful experience with trying to place an order, both on my android phone and on my laptop. The more things you look at, the slower it goes. Going back and forth just through a couple of pages, can literally take a few minutes and all on 4G or WiFi. There's a major problem with the trolley/basket on the site too. If you have items in your basket, say for example 5, and you then leave the site and come back later, it would have doubled the items, this happened no fewer than 4 times, leaving me with 4 times more items that what I had originally placed in the basket. Frustratingly too, I keep receiving emails from GSF, telling me I have an unfinished order in my basket, despite having already ordered, paid and received all of the items I required. The website also advises that you are able to track your order from your account once you register with them. Although a tracking number is nowhere to be found in the online account and much to my frustration, I had to ring up or email in, to get it. The customer service on the phone was average to good and the email responses were polite, prompt and courteous. I was also very surprised when I searched Google play store, to find that GSF doesn't appear to have an app either. The discounts they offer are extremely good and the parts received were all of very good quality. My wife also experienced the same issues I had on her laptop at her place of work, whilst trying to navigate their website.
