I prefer to shop at GSF in person, but upon arriving at the Bristol Central site, I found that was not possible. However, when I 'phoned the number posted on the premises my call was answered promptly and informed that I could get parts from GSF through the Click and Collect service. I found the Click and collect service straightforward to use and consider it to be about as good a response to trading under Covid-19 restrictions as could be feasibly introduced. I managed to order and collect almost all the items required, but there is a slight downside. When shopping in person, it is usually possible to have items that are not available in the local branch transferred from another branch within a day. Unfortunately click and collect does not make this service available. Had that facility been available, I would have rated GSF Car Parts 5 Star. I would have rated Customer Service 5 star, but that function is not working on this questionnaire!
