Happy with products and service but a bit puzzled and disappointed that my Mercedes-Benz Club discount did not apply because I had chosen click and collect. I was told it would have applied had I just come into the store! You clearly have a strange computer system. I happen to be the Chairman of the Mercedes-Benz Club (10,000+ members) and we have had a discount deal with GSF for many years and I know many of our members are customers because of this. It was the first time I had ordered parts from you hence my disappointment.
