Click & collect order from Leeds east for two items sales assistant brought out only one item saying that there was only one item . On showing him the order confirmation he tried to find the missing item and another assistant said that the only one that had been in stock had been delivered to another customer. After 45 minutes of trying other possible stockists they came up with an alternative which their computer showed as suitable. On returning to Doncaster my grandson who the order was for was not satisfied and went to the Doncaster branch who said that the item supplied was definitely incorrect and so arranged to supply the replacement which had been originally requested.
