The que at the location was short, but the wait time was extremely long. There are only two people serving so took that much longer,
The desk needs to be broken up into 4 separate cubicles with peepers glass so more people could get served ,
And the the entrance and exit should have separate side , like a clear glass in the middle , for people to enter or exit , that way become more stream line
