Ordering process was relatively good. The unavailability of many components was very frustrating!
The most criticism must go to the total lack of communication via telephone or on line chat..
I needed to confirm part numbers and a technical issue which was not possible.
The recorded telephone message was blatantly blunt and inconsiderate. The on-line chat was not working, with nothing to indicate that. TOTALLY UNHELPFUL.
We all appreciate in these difficult times it is necessary to restrict certain elements, however this is ridiculous. That is unless Covid-19 can be infectious down a telephone line.
You need to review and improve this area. Are the following questions satirical?
