I think GSF are great - good value, good range, good customer service, and I didn't realise it, but fast delivery as well. In fact faster than they said they would be, but to the wrong pl. ace. The problem is their choice of courier. UPS are consistently disastrous. On this occasion UPS dumped my package at a "collection point" miles away after they claimed I wasn't in to accept delivery. I WAS in; CCTV upholds their lie. I only found out UPS had left the battery at the collection point when after six days I chased up with GSF who told me where it was.
