Extremely short staffed at the Farnham branch, C&C order took 2 attempts to collect first attempt was abandoned after 25 minutes waiting in line which hardly moved- second attempt took nearly 40 minutes. Only 1 person serving and juggling the constant ringing phones...
Used without issue in the past so might just be a blip on this occasion...
