I purchased the contest mode clear, admittedly pretty last minute, which they were unable to complete but customer service was great and they refunded the part they couldn’t complete. I talked with customer service, explaining that I wanted to complete the raid to get the Necrochasm exotic weapon. They completed the Crota’s End Raid fast but I guess they forgot to grab the Necrochasm exotic quest from the Vendor at the end of the raid. I explained to them the issue and they said they would correct it but it’s been hours since and haven’t heard anything. Overall it’s a great service which I’ve used multiple times but just make sure you get everything you asked for because slip ups do happen
