“Guardian Services is amazing. I ordered the full armor set and the booster worked quickly each week to get me that loot! they notify you in advanced to make sure you are signed out so they can take over and let you know as soon as they have completed the run so you can get back onto your account. Mos Def highly recommend their service!!!!”

“Michael at support called the boosters trash and said their average players Michael is just a complete ass he was also the one that told me to basically go away after asking about the review = coupon situation”

Hi, we reviewed your chat with Michael and in no way shape or from did he call our boosters trash or average. He tried to explain that there is a lot of cheating going on in the competitive playlist right now and that it's hard to perform statistically compared to how it used to be. We talked to our booster and reviewed the footage of the order and the booster encountered cheaters on 4 out of 9 matches. Your order was not a competitive playlist boosting order but 200 points was lost in total which we understand can be frustrating, we do want our customers to come away happy with their service so we made sure to get those points back for you even though the service was for the deadlock weekly challenge with a Ascendant I ranked account. Our staff will also do better at handling issues like this in the future for competitive division orders as we understand losing points is not great, and we want to make sure customers at the very least ends up on the same points.
