I was out of town last night and wasn't able to do the raid, so I ordered a prestige mode recovery and within 5 hours my order was started. It was completed very efficiently, and I was very happy with the service. The personal touch and professionalism of their texts and e-mails is a great touch, especially the detail they put into the second e-mail after the order is complete. I was honestly doubting the legitimacy of the service but after talking to another person who left a review I felt it was trustworthy enough and gave them a try. I've had two raid orders done so far, and I'm very pleased. I also would like to acknowledge the helpfulness of the customer service rep Tony, as he helped me multiple times during my early stay here on the website. Great service, definitely using it again!
