I did Trials of the Nine with Guardian Services and had a blast. From crushing a newb team to breaking a 11-win streak of a live youtuber and basking in his saltiness, my teammates provided an awesome experience that included me in the process, not just carrying me. My only complaint was the live chat. I was bit confused about the time slot assignment process and the live chat representative chastised me for being ignorant of the process rather than being helpful. Minus that lapse in customer service, I would have given a perfect score.
