Yeah I have to say your service is great, the only qualm I have is not being able to communicate with the agent who is working on your order. It would be more comforting to know you can ask questions about your order anytime. There have also been instances where I will be playing the game, knowing my order is being processed and I will get kicked off before I'm alerted via email or text, other than that I really enjoy your service, thank you
