I've used these guys off and on since the launch of D2 and, while their prices for certain items can be quite steep (especially pinnacle weapons), they do exactly what they promise. They're quick, reliable and detailed, shooting texts when they're signing in, sending out emails with the loot acquired, and have even held off signing into my account until I was finished playing myself. These guys are my go to for the more affordable raids and (back when they existed) trials. Account recovery can be unnerving but I've had nothing but positive experiences.
