Communication with GS is simple and the task was completed within one hour. This is the second time I’ve used them but I wish that the person playing for you would put the controller settings back the way I had them when they were done. I use the default button layout but both times I’ve had to go back and change the controller setting back to what I use. Inconvenience, but it takes away from 100% professionalism on their end.
