Very professional and timely. The only thing keeping me from leaving 5 stars is that there was a bit of confusion in ordering services for help with the "Calculated Trajectory" medal step in The Mountaintop quest. They currently have the ordering tool set to the previous requirement (100 medals) as opposed to updated requirement (25 medals) which made me confused about how much progress I was ordering. But that seems like an easy fix on their part.
