The only negative I have was the waiting time. I was 3rd in line, but refreshed an hour later and got pushed back to 7. It was about a 5 hour wait. Honestly if my position was a bit more accurate or if I had known my position would move back I'd be fine.
Other than that, the help service person was super positive and helpful. I wish I could thank my booster personally, but I was happy to send them a tip. I'll definitely be using this service again.
