I sent my bag to have the handles repaired on 12/1 today is 2/20. They told me it maybe 4-6 weeks. I have left 4 emails with the repair center, with zero response. I have tried to call the Scottsdale Gucci store, and have either been hung up upon (4x’s), or been automatically transferred to a phone that rings off of the hook until I am told the mailbox is full and to call back later. Of which still no one answers. I know not to expect too much service these days but this is taking it to a new lower level of terrible service.
