Scam!
Everyone please be careful when you want to buy something from Gucci. I had purchased three pair of sneakers from them. One of them was supposed to be size 37 but they gave me size 40 instead. Another pair was too small. I mailed them all back and it has been a month from the day that they arrived to the warehouse. They have not send my refund back. No response from the phone and email. They kept saying wait for 1 or 2 business day, and it has been a month. Please be aware and keep a record of everything!
