I bought a crossbody bag from Gucci. I only wore it once and the tassel that zips the purse fell off. The clasp that hold the tassel wasn’t closed all the way. Now I don’t have a tassel. I reached out to customer service, emailed me receipt, pictures and everything and NO RESPONSE!!!! Lois Vuitton is sooooooo much better than me!!!!!!
