Ok-I went to Gucci.com and order a belt for my wife for our anniversary(37yrs) and it asked if I wanted it as a Gift so I hit enter-it prompted me to a 3rd party web site 4gifts then it was telling me to to do all types of things and my wife would have to claim that order(I'm not a computer guy and it was confessing, so I canceled to order. I called back spoke with 3 spoke different people and they told me the order was canceled and the refund would be added back on my c/c but I never gotten a notification to my email. So I called back and spoke with a young man and he told me he was very sorry but they did not cancel the order(again I spoke with 3 people before speaking with him and they told me different)so he stated to me he will take care of it and he did. he gave me his # and told me I can call him back if I have any questions.(the other people did the same thing gave me there # but when I called them they would not answer or call me back)but he answered and answered all the questions I had.
