I've been trying to purchase 2 Gucci items for my son for 21/2 weeks, online and twice with a customer service representative. The 2nd conversation with Gucci I was assured they had made sure my items can come to Alaska. Absolutely no problem well there is a problem. Received an email my order was canceled again, they can't confirm my address. I have owned my home for over 25 years. They can't find it. They want me to go through s ok me other payment method, I feel they could gave told me this over a week ago at t he very least worked with me. They did not, I guess they don't need my 2000.00, very disappointing for a supposed high end company. Won't be doing any business with them in the future!!!!
