I agree that Gucci customer service is not what you would expect from a luxury company. Having said that, I recently bought a pair of brown suede horsebit loafers from Bergdorf Goodman, and am delighted.Buttery soft and fit like a dream. Bought my true size. At $990 I plan to wear them everyday, from bedroom slippers to dressy affairs.
