I live in Sydney and I had to take back a pair of Gucci shoes I bought in Honolulu, which I was advised to do because Gucci has an international warranty programme. I would like to commend the services of Raphael at the Castlereagh Street store. He was thoroughly competent, thoughtful and extremely polite in dealing with the matter, and I can only say Thank You to Gucci for your wonderful staff, and the incredible service you offer.
