I ordered the sterling silver heart shaped ring and waited 1 month for it to arrive. On the second occasion Of wearing this ring I got my hand stuck between a table to the door to which bent the ring completely out of shape. It wasn’t a hard impact as my hand was fine, no a father no blood etc ..
I called Gucci to express that I paid good money for quality and this happened so easily!! How?
I was sent an email which I had to reply to with pictures. I did this and took a week till they got back to me.
The only option I was given was that I paid a further £80 for a replacement?!!
They were missing the point that surely If you paid for good quality this shouldn’t happen and I understand it happened by accident but should that of happened so easily? They were rude and useless
