I purchased a Gucci neckless from emsonhaig in January 2020 I paid £350 for the item
2 weeks later the clasp literally fell apart
lucky I caught it, I took it back to the shop
They told me Gucci did not repair and if they did it would cost me!!!
Eventually the shop said they would pay
That Gucci had NO return or repair policy
And a repair would be 6-8 weeks
I am still waiting it is now April.
They say Gucci never pays for repair
I would Never but Gucci again, beware !!!
