Hello, I would like to express my disappointment with Gudrun's latest service in Switzerland.  I had a 138 EUR parcel temporarily lost with no proactive communication from Gudrun's team despite me paying a transportation fee of 7 Swiss Francs to receive the product and another 7 CHF to send the product back. After one week, I wrote to the customer service asking if the parcel had arrived and the employee told me that I should wait for three weeks until I got my reimbursement. After four weeks I wrote again to find out nothing had been received. The communication was interrupted once I requested the case to be investigated. I had to go myself to the Swiss Post Office and request the case to be investigated to be sure something would be done in this case. After some time, another Gudrun responded saying the parcel had been found in French, a complete different language as the original one. Quality of fabric was not satisfactory and certainly not as per picture in website.I have found several problems in the service. They are:  1. Different communication channels with the customer. 2. No after sale activity to check on the customer satisfaction. 3. 14CHF charged for transportation when there is no guarantee that the products are getting to the warehouse4. No final apologies.  Not acceptable. I express my disappointment with the customer service in Switzerland and with the overall sales flow. If you wish to have loyal customers to your brand, you should seriously consider the above.  Regards, Caroline
