I buy online all the time. I've placed many orders on the Guinness website but I don't feel at all appreciated as a customer. All of my orders have always been shipped to the same address in Canada. When I tried to place another order at the end of September - the order would not go through because the shipping address was in Canada. So I called Customer Service. A woman helped to place the order for me. I thanked her and we hung up. Sadly - I have never received a confirmation email regarding the order. I've just wasted an hour of my time trying to reach them by phone and also trying to sign in to the website. Because it said my password was incorrect, I tapped on 'forgot password'. I then provided my email and requested assistance to reset my pw. I received no email so I again tapped 'forgot password' and followed the procedure again. Still no email so I tried again. So then it 'blocked' me for trying too many times! My telephone attempts have accomplished nothing. After several calls I have yet to reach a human being. I won't be trying again. They have obviously lost my order. What a way to run a business!
