It is very important to let you know that just today evening I got a plastic ball inside of the Guinness beer can. When I was drinking beer with my 3 friends. It is very alarming. Could you please send me some explanation how plastic ball went inside of the can! I will bring this issue to the consumer rights department. I’m attaching a clip here for your reference. Please see it and let me know what you think about it.

Microdraught unit arrived last night. Set up today. Timer on unit wrongly set. Over an hour to customer services who can't help. Put through to guinness webstore for 40 minutes on chat and on telephone...no reply. Then ring again and given wrong number to ring for help. Then find another department who afain ( another 30 minutes of life wasted, as told their technical department help only retail not residential customers. Then contact customer services again who are useless. Now awaiting further poor service as having to send it back probably at my expense, along with sundry purchases as I'm cancelling along with further order totalling over £1,000.

I would put zero. Took money 3 months ago, good haven't turned up. Haven't been able to talk to anyone live and chase every couple of days for 2months and still no progress, requested refund through two routes, email and chat function. AVOID!!

A brilliant machine that looks great in my home bar. Only frustration is came out of stock. £750 machine, no Guinness, come on Guinness, sort it out!!

Placed an order in April, nearly June and no sign. Multiple emails to their customer support and voice messages - had a human on their facebook chat who then vanished. Thinking of going small claims court.

The order never arrived despite promises and re-order still nothing after nearly 1 month. Worst experience ever from any service any shop online or otherwise I have ever had. It was just a bar apron. As far as I'm concerned I just feel like I have been robbed you stole my money. No wonder you make a good profit.

Bought the Microdraft about 5 months ago. When it arrived it was missing a vital part of the funnel, so the Guinness would instantly froth and overflow the glass. Been asking for a replacement part for 5 months and now im just being ignored. I paid £750.00 for this and they won't even offer a refund.

If I could give this a zero. I would. I puchased a Guinness MicroDraught for my husband for Christmas. This was ordered on 19th November 2022. By 13th December 2022, the item had still not been shipped, despite the order confirmation stating I should allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery. I contacted them by phone on the 13th December and the woman I spoke to said ‘oh, that’s strange’ couldn’t find my order despite giving her the order number then when she finally found it, said they were having issues with their system and assured me it would be with me before Christmas. I was surprised to see that the following evening, the order had been shipped (given there had been such a delay prior). There were 2 items ordered. The Guinness Microdraught machine and the compatible Guinness cans for said machine. The machine cost £750 and the cans were £70. Long story short. Guinness shipped me an empty box which should have contained a micro-draught (my husband opened this on Christmas Day) along with the 24 cans I ordered (now of no use to him as they are denying any wrongdoing and won’t send me a machine) basically I donated £750 to Guinness. This has caused me so much anxiety since Christmas Day and the way they have treated me has been nothing short of a disgrace. DO NOT ORDER unless you plan to film the delivery of the machine and open it while the driver is standing there to ensure you don’t get robbed. This will be fought. Just to add. I’ve also heard that when the machine breaks down, they are absolutely useless as well, so I guess I’m not alone. Bottom line.. just avoid this company at all costs.

Bought a shirt for my husband for Christmas. Washed it once and the lettering has come off. Constantly trying to contact them but I just keep getting an email back saying if I don't reply within 72 hours then the case will be closed. I have replied and replied. Terrible aftercare service. I will never buy from them again. I still await their reply.

Ordered an item in early December as a gift for someone. When I received it I discovered it was 2 MONTHS out of date! I contacted customer service who responded to say they would sort it and would update me with tracking info for my replacement. Christmas came and went with no replacement arriving. I had told the recipient of the gift what happened and that I was waiting for a replacement. However I heard nothing back from Guinness so on Jan 9th I contacted customer service again to see if they knew where the replacement was. Two days later I received a response saying they had been on annual leave and would contact the warehouse to find out where it is. ANOTHER week passes and finally customer care respond to say the warehouse staff have been off sick with covid (I don't believe that every single staff member had covid an not one single order has been shipped from the company during this time...). By now a month has passed so I got really annoyed and told them to just refund me, which they did. So I never got the replacement and had to embarrassingly tell the person who the gift was for what happened, now I'll go and try to find another Christmas gift to give them in January. First and last time shopping here!

I wouldn’t bother buying anything from here. I ordered a glass item which arrived destructive, I contacted customer service and they asked if I wanted a new item or a refund. I requested a refund because I no longer needed the item, the item arrived super late and it was supposed to be a gift. They sent me a replacement item when that was NOT what I asked for also, they never update you with tracking information. 0/0 do not recommend

Terrible after service as far as trying to trace an missing order. No answer to emails at all, online chat come to a halt suddenly and no answers unless you chase again. Online query box doesn't get any where unless you threaten to take the matter further and then a response and this is to first say the order has been redone and then a few days later, you are being refunded in full but may take 5-10 days! That's a Christmas present ruined then!

I bought mine in December 2021 and it worked well until August when it just stopped working. I went went through the procedure with Guinness to establish the fault which turned out to be a fault with the temperature. They promised a replacement but nearly 5 months later.....Nothing Be careful £750 is expensive to pay for something that only works for 10 months

I buy online all the time. I've placed many orders on the Guinness website but I don't feel at all appreciated as a customer. All of my orders have always been shipped to the same address in Canada. When I tried to place another order at the end of September - the order would not go through because the shipping address was in Canada. So I called Customer Service. A woman helped to place the order for me. I thanked her and we hung up. Sadly - I have never received a confirmation email regarding the order. I've just wasted an hour of my time trying to reach them by phone and also trying to sign in to the website. Because it said my password was incorrect, I tapped on 'forgot password'. I then provided my email and requested assistance to reset my pw. I received no email so I again tapped 'forgot password' and followed the procedure again. Still no email so I tried again. So then it 'blocked' me for trying too many times! My telephone attempts have accomplished nothing. After several calls I have yet to reach a human being. I won't be trying again. They have obviously lost my order. What a way to run a business!
