What a shame of a company.
I have been battling with them since 45 days to have an extra fob key. I probably called them 15 times, they always say they will call back the next day (but nothing happens). I placed 4 orders, hoping at least they could send one fob of these 4 orders. Unfortunately at present it ended up with them having my payment for 4 fobs, and I have got no extra keys. I'm sure trading standard would love to hear the way they operate.
