Where to start? Terrible service ...9 month wait for a replacement window that had rain pouring in and through the floor to the flat below....5, yes 5 months without heating and hot water a couple of years ago...rain through ceiling which shorted the fire alarm just a few weeks ago .... no response from Guinness....reported problems with an ancient asbestos fire door....no response.... reported problems with mould ...no response...utterly useless!
