I've been waiting for 2½ years to find out if I'll be getting new windows. This company has complete contempt for its tenants. You ask them a question - they don't get back to you. You complain that they don't get back you - they don't get back to you. You ring them and are told the waiting time is half an hour. Eventually you speak to someone. They will get someone to ring you - no-one rings.
A truly awful organisation.
